Group Training Classes

Learn, grow, and have fun together. Our group training classes offer a fun, supportive way to learn with your dog while connecting with other families who are working toward similar goals.

We currently offer three group classes:

All group classes are held in our clean, indoor training bay, separate from our daycare program and led by Nikki Nordick, owner of Airdrie Puppy Pals. With over ten years of hands on experience supporting local families, Nikki is also a Certified Professional Dog Trainer and Certified Dog Behavior Consultant. With education and experience supporting both ends of the leash, Nikki helps dogs and their families succeed together.

Every dog is different and we love that.

When you join our dog daycare in Airdrie, we start with an in person meet and greet so we can get to know you and your Puppy Pal and make sure our daycare program is the right fit for you and your family.

Once your Puppy Pal joins us their day is built around who they are. We take the time to match them with playgroups that fit their energy and style so they can relax have fun and enjoy the day learning and playing with their friends.

Our wonderful team of educated Dog Care Specialists carefully plan our playgroups and guide the day with a proactive approach. If we notice changes in behavior we connect with our APP families to talk through what we see and support steps that keep everyone set up for success.

We are more than a doggy daycare program. We give your dog a day that supports learning friendship and the things that matter to you and your family.

We offer private training and behavior consulting for families who want focused sessions shaped around their Puppy Pal. Private training supports everyday skills such as loose leash walking, polite greetings, and routines that make daily life easier. Behavior support is for dogs who show bigger feelings such as barking, reactivity, or worry around new people or other dogs.

Private Training and Behavior consulting is led by Nikki Nordick (CDBC, IAABC-ADT, CPDT-KA CBCC-KA, FFCP, a certified professional with advanced education in dog behavior and training.

Behavior can feel complicated. It does not have to. To get started we offer a complimentary phone call you can schedule at a time that works for you. This gives you space to share your questions and helps us guide you to the service that fits your Puppy Pal.

Why Choose Us?

At Airdrie Puppy Pals, we focus on creating an environment where dogs feel supported and families can feel confident in the care their dog is receiving, whether they're here for daycare, group training classes, private training or behavior support.

Airdrie Puppy Pals is led by Nikki Nordick, who brings more than ten years of hands-on experience and advanced education in dog behavior. Nikki holds professional certifications through the International Association of Animal Behavior Consultants, the Certification Council for Professional Dog Trainers, is a Fear Free Certified Professional and a member of the Association of Professional Dog Trainers. She completes ongoing continuing education each year to stay current with research and best practices in dog behavior and care.

The dog training and behavior field is not regulated, which can make it difficult to know what experience or education a professional brings to their work. We believe transparency matters. Our goal is to be clear about how we learn, how we work, and how we support both dogs and the people who care for them. This commitment to learning and transparency shapes how we care for dogs every day and how we support the families who trust us with them.

We’re Social

We share photos and videos on our social media feeds every day. You can follow us on Instagram and Facebook to see your Puppy Pal in action. Check out our stories for daily videos of playtime, training, and behind-the-scenes fun at Airdrie Puppy Pals. It’s the best way to keep up with the dogs you love and the friends they’ve made here.
