Airdrie's Trusted Dog Daycare & Training Centre

Your dog deserves more than a place to wait out the day. At Airdrie Puppy Pals, enrichment-based daycare, reward-based group classes, and certified behaviour support are all under one roof, so your dog comes home tired, happy, and a little better than when they left. Led by Nikki Nordick, one of Alberta's few Certified Dog Behaviour Consultants (CDBC), we hold ourselves to a standard the industry doesn't require because your dog deserves nothing less.

Daycare & Training Options

  • A group of dogs looking up at the camera, excited and happy, on a gray carpeted floor with pairs of shoes and a human foot visible at the bottom of the image.

    Dog Daycare

Enrichment‑based care for social dogs who enjoy group play. We plan each day intentionally to support positive interactions and create a comfortable, engaging environment for every dog.

  • A young Australian Shepherd dog with a merle coat sitting on a light-colored floor, looking upward and slightly to the side, wearing a black harness, with two people standing nearby, each holding a leash.

    Group Classes

Reward‑based classes for puppies, teens, and adult dogs. We focus on real‑life skills, good habits, and helping dogs and their families learn together in a supportive, encouraging environment.

  • A fluffy, light-colored puppy with black markings on its nose, peeking out from behind a black leather piece of furniture, with colorful toys scattered on the floor in the background.

    Private Training

One‑on‑one training and behavior support. We can help with everything from everyday manners to complex behaviors like fear, aggression, or reactivity. This service is separate from daycare for dogs who benefit from custom support.

Why Choose Us?

At Airdrie Puppy Pals, we create an environment where dogs feel supported and families feel confident in the care their dog is receiving. Our team offers enrichment‑based daycare for social dogs, group classes, private training, and behavior support.

Our daycare program is led by Shannon, who oversees the day‑to‑day operations with support from our team leaders. Shannon and the team plan each day proactively with intention, safety, and the needs of social dogs in mind.

Training and behavior support are led by Nikki Nordick, the owner of Airdrie Puppy Pals. Nikki brings more than a decade of hands‑on experience and advanced education in dog behavior, and supports the training team as well as the behavior needs that arise in daycare. Ray and the rest of the team help keep both sides of the business running smoothly.

The dog training and behavior field is not regulated, and transparency matters to us. Airdrie Puppy Pals is committed to being clear about how we learn, how we work, and how we support both dogs and the people who care for them. This commitment shapes everything we do.

A Quick Note About Our Dog Care Options:

Our Dog Daycare program is designed for social dogs who are comfortable meeting new people and enjoy mixed-size group play.

Our Training programs, offered both privately and in group formats, are offered separately from Daycare. Training focuses on building manners, practicing skills around distractions, and supporting dogs who experience anxiety or fear. Dogs who are working through reactivity and aggression are supported through private training only.
