Group Training Classes

Our group training classes are designed to build real-life skills, confidence, and strong communication between dogs and their people in a supportive group environment.

Our current group training options include:

All group classes are held in our clean, indoor training bay, separate from our daycare program and led by Nikki Nordick, owner of Airdrie Puppy Pals. With over ten years of hands on experience supporting local families, Nikki is also a Certified Professional Dog Trainer and Certified Dog Behavior Consultant. With education and experience supporting both ends of the leash, Nikki helps dogs and their families succeed together.

Our dog daycare program provides a safe, structured, and enriching environment where dogs can socialize, play, and relax under professional supervision.

Every dog is different, and we love that. We take the time to get to know each dog before they start daycare. Every dog begins with an in-person meet and greet and play style assessment so we can learn more about them and make thoughtful decisions about their day and playgroups.

We plan our playrooms at least 24 hours in advance based on what we know about the dogs joining us that day. We’re more than a dog daycare program. We give your dog a day that supports learning, friendship, and the things that matter to you and your family.

Learn More About Daycare

We offer two types of one-on-one support to help dogs and their families.

Private Training can support everyday skills like loose leash walking, polite greetings, recall, puppy teething, potty training, and other day-to-day training needs.

Behavior Consulting can support dogs who may be navigating fear, anxiety, reactivity, aggression, resource guarding, or other behavior concerns.

Sessions are offered one-on-one in Airdrie and surrounding areas, virtually, or at our facility, depending on your needs.

All private training and behavior consulting is led by Nikki Nordick, a certified professional with advanced education in dog training and behavior.

If you’re not sure where to start, you’re welcome to book a phone call to talk through your dog’s needs and decide what support fits best.

Why Choose Us?

At Airdrie Puppy Pals, we focus on creating an environment where dogs feel supported and families can feel confident in the care their dog is receiving, whether they're here for daycare, group training classes, private training or behavior support.

Airdrie Puppy Pals is led by Nikki Nordick, who brings more than ten years of hands-on experience and advanced education in dog behavior. Nikki holds professional certifications through the International Association of Animal Behavior Consultants, the Certification Council for Professional Dog Trainers, is a Fear Free Certified Professional and a member of the Association of Professional Dog Trainers. She completes ongoing continuing education each year to stay current with research and best practices in dog behavior and care.

The dog training and behavior field is not regulated, which can make it difficult to know what experience or education a professional brings to their work. We believe transparency matters. Our goal is to be clear about how we learn, how we work, and how we support both dogs and the people who care for them. This commitment to learning and transparency shapes how we care for dogs every day and how we support the families who trust us with them.

We’re Social

We share photos and videos on our social media feeds every day. You can follow us on Instagram and Facebook to see your Puppy Pal in action. Check out our stories for daily videos of playtime, training, and behind-the-scenes fun at Airdrie Puppy Pals. It’s the best way to keep up with the dogs you love and the friends they’ve made here.
